1 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 1/2 c. instant potato buds

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes and cool on rack.
