CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Chicken breasts, boneless
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c.+ bread crumbs (Italian flavor)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Beat 1 egg and mix in the milk in cereal bowl. Dip in chicken breasts one at a time and then dip in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese mixture. Layer in 13x9 pan with approximately 1/4 inch vegetable oil. Repeat for all pieces of chicken.

Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes turning once. Spoon over spaghetti sauce (approximately 1-2 tbsp.) and sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese. Cook another 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
