HARVEST LOAF BREADS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first 6 ingredients together. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in bowl. Add dry ingredients and butter, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Divide in 2 well greased 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 loaf pans. Bake 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
