3 1/2 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. chocolate bits
1/3 c. peanut butter

Cream the butter and brown sugar together. Add the oatmeal and Karo syrup. Beat well. Press into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden. Let cool. Melt chocolate bits and peanut butter. Spread on top.
