1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed

Blend well in a blender. Pour into a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. A crust will form on bottom. Pie filling in center and a coconut topping above.
