POP-OVER PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 sm. chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix first 5 ingredients; put into greased pie plate (liquid). Brown meat in pan. Add the rest of meat mixture ingredients. Mix all while cooking. Place meat mixture in the middle of pie plate, flatten out, over the pie mixture. Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Mozzarella over top and bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
