CHEESE SOUP 
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. water
1 c. celery
1 c. diced onion
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
4 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Simmer above ingredients for 20 minutes. Add vegetables and diced potatoes. Simmer 30 minutes then add Cheez Whiz and soup. Serves 6.
