BUTTERSCOTCH TAPIOCA 
1/3 c. minute tapioca
2 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix tapioca, water, salt and brown sugar together. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is thick and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Chill.
