BAKED ROCK 
Lg. bowl creamed potatoes
1 1/2 c. finely diced onion
Several bacon strips

First, cream large bowl of potatoes, adding about 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onion. Wash and partially dry fish; squeeze lemon juice generously over entire fish. Salt to taste.

Line baking dish with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place fish on foil and completely cover with creamed potatoes. Over this, arrange bacon strips crosswise, pinning each end of bacon with toothpicks. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until bacon is crisp and potatoes golden brown. Allow about 3/4 pound fish per serving.
