PESTO 
1 c. packed fresh basil
1/2 c. pine nuts or walnuts
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic

Place all in blender, blend well.

Serve at room temperature. Can be frozen 3 months but can't be heated.

Serve over fresh pasta.

Spread on bread and heat.

Use as a dip.
