Oatmeal Meatloaf

DELICIOUS! I've made this repeatedly for 2 years. It's easy to make, moist and flavorful. I prefer to use ground chicken (or turkey) instead of hamburger for my finicky stomach. I also use chicken broth instead of water and cheat with onion flakes. In my oven it takes 1 hour 10 minutes to cook through.

Love this recipe. The oatmeal keeps it moist. I did substitute Heinz 57 for the ketchup and added a dash of liquid smoke, but YUM!

I made this for a home that I work for. The men loved it! I didn't use the poultry seasoning, but added beef bouillon and a small squirt of BBQ sauce. I'll will be making this again!

This is my favourite meat loaf recipe! It turns out perfect every time. I do add a little poultry seasoning to it, and I use a bit of chick stock as well. Mmmm-mmm good! :-)

Just 2 days ago I cooked this recipe and I mean to tell you, me and my daughter just loved it! I'll be making 3 more on Thanksgiving but this time I won't use the poultry seasoning/seasoning salt instead.
