OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips (2 c.)

Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in oats and chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet.
