CARAMEL FROSTING 
3/4 c. butter (Parkay)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firm
2/3 c. can milk (1 sm. can exactly)
1 to 2 c. powdered sugar (as needed)

Melt butter, brown sugar and can milk. Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Cool to lukewarm. Start to add powdered sugar (1 cup) and beat at high speed. Add more powdered sugar until it reaches the consistency you want. (You can add a couple of tablespoons peanut butter if you want that flavor. This makes a quick peanut butter fudge!)
