PORK IN MUSTARD SAUCE 
400 g. pork, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seed
2 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. wine

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and fry well. Add the soy sauce and the wine and the sesame seed into the pan; cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan and keep it warm in a plate. Add the mustard in the pan with the sauce; stir until heated through. Pour it over the pork and serve.
