CHICKEN AND CHEESE 
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 oz. muenster cheese, shred
Italian bread crumbs
Butter/oleo
1/2 c. chicken broth

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Rinse under water and roll in crumbs. Melt butter in pan until it is lightly brown. Add chicken and brown. Remove and place in single layer in an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Pour chicken broth over. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
