BANANA-APPLE BREAD 
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugars, and beat in eggs. Stir in sour cream, banana and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.

Gradually add to butter mixture. Gently stir in apples and nuts. Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
