CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast (quick rise)
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
5 1/4 c. flour
Soft butter
Sugar
Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in water about 3 minutes. Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt. Beat with beater until bubbles appear. Slowly add 5 1/4 cups flour. Stir with a spoon making a soft dough. Knead on a board for about 5 minutes. Let rise until double. Roll out to about 1/4" thick. Spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up as jelly roll slice. Place each roll on greased pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar icing while hot.
