CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce

CHEESE TOPPING:

8 oz. wedge of cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dry mustard & Worcestershire sauce (to taste)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Add all ingredients, except cheese topping to the browned hamburger. Spread in pastry lined pie pan. Spread cheese topping over filling. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cut in wedges. Serves 6-8.
