ANTI-PASTA SALAD 
2 c. macaroni shells
1 lb. can (2 c.) kidney beans, drained
1 med. red onion, chopped (about 3/4 c.)
1 green pepper, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. thin sliced pepperoni or (Hillshire beef sausage may be used)
1 c. thin sliced zucchini
1 c. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano

Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Toss macaroni shells and the next seven (7) ingredients in large salad bowl. Blend together - oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, shake well. Toss salad mixture with salad dressing - chill. Serve on bed of crisp lettuce. Broccoli florets may be used in place of zucchini. Serves 8 to 10.
