LIME CHEESECAKE PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lime juice 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 in.) graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping lime slices and fresh mint leaves (optional) Beat cream cheese until smooth, add milk, lime juice and vanilla, beating until smooth. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread with whipped topping and refrigerate 1 hour longer. 6 to 8 servings. |
