VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower, uncooked, break apart
1 c. celery stalk, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 c. radishes, sliced
1 dill pickle, chopped fine
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. lemon juice or juice form 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard
2 pkgs. sugar substitute to taste
3 tbsp. vinegar

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix rest of ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over chopped ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour.
