3 c. potatoes
1 c. carrots
3 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. diced bacon
1 qt. milk
2 c. cream style corn
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook bacon. Add onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, salt and milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, boil gently uncovered 20 minutes until done. Stir in corn. Bring to boil and serve. Serves 4.
