SWEET PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
3/4 c. chopped hot peppers
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
3 1/2 c. granulated sugar
6 oz. pectin liquid
1/2 c. golden raisins
Yellow food coloring
Paraffin

Combine peppers, vinegar and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Stir in pectin, raisins and a few drops of food coloring. Pour into hot sterilized half pint jars. Seal with paraffin. Makes 6 jars of jelly.
