RELISH FOR MEAT 
8 lg. cucumbers
4 lg. onions
1/2 c. coarse salt
3 c. vinegar
3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. ginger

Wash and grind cucumbers and onions. Add salt and let stand overnight. Drain. Combine vinegar and sugar and bring to boil. Make a thin paste of flour, turmeric, ginger and water. Combine all ingredients, boil 5 minutes, put in hot jars and seal.
