ANGEL PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 to 1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. heavy whipping cream
9 in. prepared graham cracker pie crust

With electric mixer, beat cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, extracts and heavy cream. Beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until firm 8 to 10 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Serves 6 to 8.
