HUNGRY JACK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (13 oz.) can pork & beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can refrigerator biscuits, cut into halves
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Cook until bubbly. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits cut side down around edge of casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
