MILK FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar and milk. Stir; heat to boiling. Boil about 10 more minutes. Take from heat; beat until thick enough to spread, then add flavoring. Pour over cake.
