MUSHROOM SOUP 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken broth

Chop all but 1 cup mushrooms, slicing 1 cup. Chop onion. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until soft. Add flour to thicken. Then add chicken broth. Let simmer. Add the half and half and simmer for another 20 minutes. Eat!! Yields 8 servings.
