2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can peaches
1/2-3/4 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies

Whip together pudding and buttermilk. Add Cool Whip. Drain fruit and add. Add cookie crumbs just before serving.
