BATTER DIPPED HADDOCK 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix the above ingredients until smooth and blended.

Cut haddock into large, bite-size pieces. Dip the fish into the batter and fry in hot deep oil (350 degrees) until it is browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels. Salt, if desired, and keep warm in low oven until all the fish is cooked.
