LINDA'S RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients and put into 2 greased loaf pans and sprinkle a mixture of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter on top of loaves. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
