LADY LOCKS 
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk

Mix butter, flour and salt. Then add sour cream and buttermilk; mix well. Will be sticky. Put in refrigerator to chill overnight.

NO COOK LADY LOCKS FILLING:

1 c. Crisco
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth then add powdered sugar. Divide dough into 4 sections. Roll one at a time. Keep others refrigerated. Cut into strips and wrap around lady lock pins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take off pins when warm. Cool and fill.
