1 pkg. (2 1/2 oz.) corned beef, cut into pieces
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. sour cream

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Put all together in top of double boiler and heat until creamy. Serve hot or cold. Great with assorted crackers or as a vegetable dip.
