RUGELACH 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
Salt

MIXTURE:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend flour and shortening. Add sour cream and egg yolk. Mix well. You may knead with fingers. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Divide into fourths and roll out into circles on some of the mixture. Sprinkle some mixture on top. Cut like pie wedges and roll. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
