GOOD CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. cream
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except butter, vanilla and nuts. Place pan over heat, cook mixture slowly. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Bring candy to a boil. Cover pan with lid and boil for 3 minutes. Remove lid and cook to soft ball stage (candy thermometer). Stir the fudge occasionally while cooking. Remove from heat and add butter. Don't stir or beat. Cool at room temperature (until hand can held comfortably on bottom of pan). Add vanilla to cool candy. Beat vigorously until fudge looses shiny look and/or will hold shape. Add nuts and put into pan. WORK FAST!
