GOOD FUDGE ICING 
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk, butter and chocolate in medium size heavy pan, stirring constantly until mixture boils and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Frosts a 2 layer cake.
