LEMON CREAM CHIFFON | |
1 can evaporated milk 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 lemon 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. hot water 1 c. graham cracker crumbs Dissolve Jello in water. When ready to set, beat in sugar. Add to evaporated milk that has been whipped. Fold juice and rind of 1 lemon in whipped milk before adding whipping Jello and sugar. Fold together. Put graham cracker crumbs on bottom of glass baking dish and pour in mixture. Graham cracker crumbs may be put on top, if desired. |
