CHEESY CHICKEN OVER RICE PILAF 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. snow peas (optional)
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. Cheese Wiz
4 oz. American cheese

Cook vegetables in butter until tender. Stir in chicken, soup and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted and chicken is hot. Serve over rice pilaf or Chinese style Rice a Roni.
