BAKED CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices sandwich bread with crusts trimmed off
Velveeta cheese, sliced
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Sauce: 2 cans mushroom soup undiluted with milk to thin

Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of buttered flat baking dish. Put 1 thick slice of cheese on top of each piece of bread and top with 6 slices of bread. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight, basting frequently. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Combine soup and small amount of milk, heat and serve over baked sandwiches.
