JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. corn (creamed)
1 lg. onion (grated)
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 hot peppers (grated)
1/4 c. oil

Cook in muffin pan or pan at 450 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
