FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. cold butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, pineapple or any fruit desired)
1 can fruit cocktail, save liquid
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

For crust, mix butter, powdered sugar and flour. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Whip until creamy cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread on crust, layer with fresh fruit, fruit cocktail. Add water to fruit cocktail liquid to make 1 cup. Add cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice. Boil 1 minute to thicken, pour over fruit and refrigerate.
