HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hour, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
