HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned. It is good served with rice. We very much liked it served with mashed potatoes. Serves 6.
