PLUM CRISP 
3 to 4 c. sliced plums
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 to 5 tbsp. butter
Plums cut in wedges, for garnish

1. Place the plums in a buttered 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with spices. Dot with butter.

2. Combine, with pastry blender, flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until coarse crumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the plums.

3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until plums are tender and topping lightly brown.

4. Garnish with fresh plums. You can substitute with peaches or pears.

Serves 4.
