CHOCOLATE CLAY | |
10 oz. molding chocolate 1/3 c. light Karo syrup Take molding chocolate, heat in 150 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Combine with syrup. Mix into large ball over sink until of clay like consistency. Place in plastic bag and cool for 1 hour. Roll out and use knife or cookie cutter to make shapes. This is like the chocolate roses and suckers. It's a lot of fun and great for holidays or any occasion. Don't be foiled by the name, it is edible. |
