SALT DOUGH WREATH | |
2 c. warm water 2 c. salt 4 c. flour Whole cloves Large foil lined cookie sheet Egg white Combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water to the salt and flour until you reach a stiff consistency. Roll and shape into a wreath (or whatever you want to create), brushing on water to smooth or to seal a joint. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 24 hours. Brush with egg white and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Broil for approximately 5 minutes, checking frequently for desired brown color. |
