POOR MAN'S T-BONE 
1/4 c. canned broth or oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. ginger
1 thick sliced chunk steak, roast or other cut of beef

Mix first 9 ingredients. Pour over meat in sealable plastic bag. Refrigerate overnight, turning frequently. Prepare charcoal grill and grill to desired doneness.
