SPINACH DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 6 slices bacon 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. slivered almonds, sliced (optional) Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Cook bacon and crumble in with spinach. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat or microwave until cream cheese is melted. Refrigerate and serve cold. |
