ELDERBERRY PIE 
2 1/2 c. elderberries
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Pour washed elderberries into unbaked pie crust. Mix other ingredients and pour over the berries. Cover with top crust.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake 30 minutes longer.
