CHICKEN PIE 
1 lg. chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. chicken broth added to soups
2 cans Veg-all, drain liquid
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion
1 - 9 x 13 inch baking dish

Boil chicken, combine celery and chicken soups, add 3/4 cup of broth. In 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer chicken, which has been pulled from the bone. Then 2 cans of Veg-all, onion with soup mixture and last add pepper to taste. Mix 2 cups of Bisquick with 2 cups of milk adding melted butter last. Pour over chicken mixture and place in preheated 350 degree oven until brown. Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve 6 to 8.

Our whole family loves this recipe and we never have any left over. I usually use frozen mixed vegetables (I thaw them first).
